Longtime between blogs..
... yes, its been a longtime since my last post, sorry... Thanks Jen for checking up on me and sorry for not responding earlier, the last last 6 weeks have looked like this
10 days skiing
1 week = post-skiing knee soreness
1 week = audit at work and therefore no time
1 week = conference at work and therefore no time
1 week = TT and no ashamed to front up after not being there for a month! Thursday = 7am breaky meeting
1 weekend in Sydney, and yes GoGirl and a few other CR's who I managed to wave to, I was in Sydney and did do the half yesterday before flying back to Brissie a couple of hours later, and yes, I am paying for it today having done a maximum longrun of 10km since I went skiing..
.. Time is up, I jump on a plane to go to a conference in Fiji tomorrow for a week, maybe after that life will settle down a bit and running will start to take a front place again... that is assuming my knee is only sore and not injured again as today I can barely walk on my right leg... The two days post conference at Fiji, lying on a beach should help that :)

In fact, if I remember rightly, I think you owe me another sun-drenched, lying back in a white singlet drinking a beer while in Fiji photo. The last one has served as my desktop for a year ;)
