19km long run!

Well, I'm now just 2.1km away from reaching my target - though I dont want to run the full distance until the GC, as tempting as it is.

I ran 19km this morning and although it was done slowly and the last couple of km's did get become hard work I felt good when I finished it and was able to chat away the whole way around.

It took us 113minutes to get around, so quite a lot slower than I'll be hoping for at the GC overall, but with 7 weeks to go I am happy with my progress so far at least!
