Feeling better, back to running!
Definitely needed an alarm to wake me up this morning, was in a very deep sleep. Nervously tried to swallow and found that my glands were no longer size of golf balls and I could spring out of bed quite easily!
This mornings session was at New Farm. 4x2min efforts, 1x3min effort and then a no watch 1km once we'd gotten back to the Gardens. I was feeling much better with myself and my running this morning, back to enjoying it again!
Tested my new shoes out this morning also, bit of a mistake since it was raining and they slipped everywhere. Hopefully another run and they'll get a bit more grip and they weren't a dud buy!
