Still on my longrun high!
Its amazing how putting one foot in front of another can leave you feeling so good 24hours after the event! I woke up this morning and was still feeling happy and proud that I'd managed the 17km so easily. I'm running in the Mothers Day Classic 8km this weekend, so hoping to better my LWF time and also perhaps be able to kick up to 19km the week after as easily as I did upto the 17km after having a week off the longruns!!
