Little Pom who met an Aussie eight years ago and moved over here to be with him. Love Brisbane and all it has to offer, not sure if I would have been as keen about getting up at 5am during the English winter for a run!

5km recovery

Starting to pick up the training runs a bit now and as of this week have increased from 3 to 4 sessions a week. The plan is to increase by about 10 minutes each week until I get to 60mins and then just sit on that and see how I go. Nice easy 5km with the puppy this morning to kick it all off.
